When you have placed an order with Malgra, our aim is to get the product to you as soon as possible. For some orders, we may be able to send your item by Express Delivery (First Class / Premier Courier). If this option is available to you, this will be offered at checkout for the relevant additional fee.
When you place an order online and complete payment, your order is sent to our office to dispatch. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours, however if there is any reason for a delay, our team will contact you to explain why.
You’ll receive a further email when your item has been ‘completed’ – this means that the item has left our office and is on the way to you.
If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail, watch out on your mailbox for the item to be delivered. Most of our Royal Mail items can be posted through your letterbox.
If you’ve ordered a larger product, it may be delivered by Hermes. With this service, you will receive a text message or email to confirm where your item is, and in some cases, provide you with options for delivery.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your item, they will either try again the following day, or pass your parcel to your nearest Post Office or Mail Centre. They’ll leave a card to explain what to do.
Hermes may try again, send you a text message or email, or send the parcel to their Parcels Depot. In some cases, they may send it to your local MyHermes shop, which in most cases is within 1km of your house, and is usually a off licence or local shop.
As of January 2016, we no longer provide overseas delivery through our main website.
However, we can deliver products through the Global Shipping Programme provided by eBay. As such, a selection of products are available through our eBay shop.
We’re pleased to offer payment by all major credit, debit and card cards (including American Express / AMEX) using PayPal as our online provider. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
On occasion, we also use Stripe Payments.
We also offer credit options to customers meeting certain criteria.
This service is available seasonally.
