A warm welcome to our refreshed website. Following feedback, we’ve taken the opportunity to update and upgrade parts of the Malgra websites to further enhance the service provided to clients.

Through the top of each page, you’ll see a link to other areas of the Malgra group.

We’ve added a new special offers page to highlight items currently on sale.

Finally, you’ll find that the My Account section has also had a full update, and now provides details on all orders back to 2015.

Price Changes – 25 March 2019

Due to price increases with our European partners, we are regretfully increasing our prices from 25 March 2019. The increase is approximately 2%.

This affects the following products:

  • Member Card Holders
  • Website hosting*

* Legacy product: no-longer available to new customers

Other services/products remain unaffected.


Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office 2016 Pro will be decreasing by 10%


Postage Changes

Royal Mail are increasing postage costs from 25 March 2019.

As a result, premium delivery services will be increased to adapt to changes for postage from Royal Mail.

Free delivery remains on orders over £25.

Royal Mail Price Increases – 26 March 2018

As you may be aware, Royal Mail are increasing prices on 26 March 2018 for all UK ground and Airmail services.

From Monday 26 March, the price of a first-class stamp for a standard letter will increase from 65p to 67p, and a second-class stamp will go from 56p to 58p.

In addition, the price of a first-class stamp for a large letter will rise by 3p to £1.01, and a second-class stamp for a large letter will rise by 3p to 79p.

With parcels, similar price rises are planned, with standard parcels increasing by 10p for the lowest weight items, and up to £1 for some items.

Product price changes

The majority of items which Malgra sends are in the ‘parcels’ category, and as such due to increasing costs, our postage charges will be increased slightly from 1 April 2018.

The minimum spend for free delivery will also increase from £20 to £25, which will allow Malgra to absorb the increased Royal Mail service charges.

Some products will increase by approximately 2% from 1 April 2018, due to increased costs of importing products from our supplier in Germany. Unfortunately the reduction of the value of the pound against the Euro has resulted in higher raw goods costs which until now have not been passed onto customers, but due to continued low rates, we’re having to increase our prices slightly.

Malgra aims to be competitive as possible, and try to provide low costs where possible, however external factors are resulting in these small changes to our pricing.

Any orders placed before 1 April 2018 will be subject to the current pricing and postage structure.

UK Weather Conditions: Delays to deliveries

As you’re probably aware, the UK is currently struggling with a number of poor weather conditions. This is impacting incoming stock for Malgra (one of our suppliers in based in Germany), and deliveries of orders across the UK.

Our local depot is Preston, which is encountering issues due to weather conditions on the M6.

Following advice from our delivery partners, we expect that deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 working days at this time.

You can check for the latest updates to any delivery service delays using our providers’ websites. Unless otherwise advised, most orders will be delivered by Royal Mail UK (Ground).

Some larger bulk deliveries are made by InPostUK (We prefer to use this company, however availability is limited across the UK), and Hermes UK.
